CORONAVIRUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS TEMPORARY NOTICE
We’re putting in place new temporary terms and conditions whilst Covid-19 is creating so much uncertainty.
We want you, our audience, to book with confidence knowing that if things change, we will make sure that you’re looked after and not out of pocket.
With this in mind, we've made three changes to our terms and conditions,
which will protect your booking and give you confidence in the times ahead.
Account credit (when we keep any refunds on your booking account) will now be valid for 10 years.
We no longer will print physical vouchers for account credit. All you need to do is give your account credentials to one of our box office team as you normally would when booking a
ticket and we’ll sort the rest.
Until further notice there will be no quibble exchanges, credits and refunds. So you can request a refund, account credit or exchange at any time after you book.
We will no longer charge an admin fee for refunds or exchange you have any questions about our terms and conditions, please don’t hesitate to give us a bell

Tickets on sale
Please note that tickets do not necessarily go on sale at the same time that the brochure is issued.
Some productions go on sale earlier, according to demand and signed contracts.

A concession refers to a person who is:
- Aged 16 or less or is 60 or more
- A student in full time education
- In receipt of Unemployment Benefits
- A Mansfield District Leisure Trust card holder
A ‘Family’ comprises four people, of whom no more than two are adults.
An administration cost of 80p will be charged for your tickets to be posted.
We reserve the right to ask for proof of eligibility when claiming discounts.

Your ticket price may include a booking fee. All our advertised prices are inclusive of this fee, so you don’t need to worry about adding any extras. The price you see, is the price you pay.
Handling your Data (GDPR)
Mansfield Cultural Services is committed to upholding the GDPR principles of good handling practice. When processing your booking the Box Office staff will ask your name,
address, postcode, telephone number and email address. This information may be used to keep you informed of forthcoming events within Mansfield Cultural Services and
notify you of any changes to an event for which you may have booked either at, or associated to, the Palace Theatre and Mansfield Museum. We will ask your permission
to be included in communication methods such as email, post and telephone. You can update these preferences anytime. We will not forward any personal details to any
other organisation for their use.
Mansfield Cultural Services reserves the right to vary the programme if deemed necessary and apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

All information is correct at the time of being published.
Latecomers may only be admitted into the Theatre during a suitable break in the performance and are requested to take the nearest seat available at the back of the Theatre.
The use of recording equipment, video recorders, photography or mobile phones is not permitted in the Theatre.
Babies in the auditorium
Babies up to the age of two can sit on your lap for free.
Mansfield Palace Theatre is a breastfeeding friendly venue. We also have baby changing facilities available; please ask staff for further information.
Customers may bring their own booster cushions or car seats with permission from the Front of House Manager. These must be removed in the event of an evacuation.
Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult to be permitted into the auditorium.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises.
