What's On

Terms and conditions

House rules

Latecomers may only be admitted into the Theatre during a suitable break in the performance and are requested to take the nearest seat available at the back of the Theatre.

Photographic/audio equipment

The use of recording equipment, video recorders, photography or mobile phones is not permitted in the Theatre.

Babies in the auditorium

Babies up to one year can sit on your lap for free. For children one year and older, a seat must be purchased. If you wish to leave your baby in a carrier, you must purchase a ticket alongside you for this. We are relying on parents being responsible and to remove their child from the auditorium if he / she becomes upset so as not to spoil the enjoyment of others.

Breastfeeding friendly

Mansfield Palace Theatre is a breastfeeding friendly venue. We also have baby changing facilities available; please ask staff for further information.

Booster cushions

Customers may bring their own booster cushions or car seats with permission from the Front of House Manager. These must be removed in the event of an evacuation.

Under 14s

Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult to be permitted into the auditorium.

Smoking Policy

Mansfield Palace Theatre is a strictly no smoking environment, including the use of e-cigarettes. A cigarette bin is provided outside the main entrance.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises.

We can only offer refunds if we have made a mistake or if a performance has been cancelled. Unfortunately we will only be able to undertake the re-sale of tickets for sold out performances.

Admin Fee

Should you need to swap your tickets for another performance or production, an administration fee of £4 is charged. Exchanges can only be made up to 2 days (48 hours) before a performance.

Tickets on sale

Please note that tickets do not necessarily go on sale at the same time that the brochure is issued. Some productions go on sale earlier, according to demand and signed contracts.
